Ar times, the evil actions of some can easily cause us to lose our faith in humanity - but it is in these times that the true face of humanity shows itself through the actions of men and women that plunge head first into danger in order to help others. These people put the lives of others ahead of their own, more often than not, not even knowing the ones they are helping. Let the video below remind you that people are inherently good, and let your faith be restored. Thank you to anyone and everyone who has ever put the needs of another over their own.
Between Proms, Graduations, Centurions Party, Weddings, Wine-Tasting Tours, Birthdays....It has been a very busy spring!!!
We truly apologize for having to tell a few people that we were completely booked out on a some of the weekends, but we made sure that they were accommodated through some of our affiliates. As a result, we will be expanding our fleet this summer.
As we transition to Summer, our calendars are getting booked for Airport Transportation, as all the winter visitors and college students escape the heat and make their exodus. We offer curbside pickup and delivery to your airline terminal - all in the safety and comfort of a limousine. We also offer Airport pickup and delivery back to your home when you return.
As the temperature climbs up, Tucson winds down a bit. Summer is a beautiful time to take a wine tasting tour in Sonoita/Elgin. At 4,880 feet, Sonoita is about 2,500 feet higher in eleveation than Tucson, so it's a bit cooler, and the wine makes it even more enjoyable!

I had the distinct pleasure of getting to drive a few father/daughter dances this week. I have to say that these are some of my favorite experiences driving limousines. The sheer excitement and joy on the faces of the girls and the love and happiness that they exuded towards their Dads was amazing! It was heartwarming to see the smiles and excitement and I am truly thankful for getting to be a part of it.

A few years ago...
...I drove my wife to work early in the morning, and on the way home, I ran out of gas. It was around 5 am and since I didn't think I would be stopping anywhere, I was only wearing a pair of pajama bottoms and a t-shirt. No wallet, no ID, no cash or credit cards, no cell phone. I had to walk to the nearest gas station and beg the clerk inside to borrow a gas can and a few gallons of gas. (I should mention that the pajama bottoms that I was wearing were powder blue with little sheep on them). I was humiliated. Fortunately for me, the clerk, probably realizing that I was legitimate in my story by my atire, gave me a gas can and a few gallons of gas. I walked back to the car, put in the gas, and promptly drove home to 1) change, and 2) to get my wallet and go back to the gas station where I paid for the gas can and gas, and 3) profusely thanked the clerk.
Today, I was filling up one of the limousines and a man walks up to me with the same look on his face that I believe I had that day. He pulled into the station on fumes and realized that he too had forgotten his wallet. Although he was more fortunate than me and wasn't wearing pajamas, he seemed distraught and humbly asked if I could help him out, which I gladly did.
In todays lifestyle, we can get very busy, and easily forget things like wallets, and don't realize until it is too late. As a society, we can also be very skeptical of all too common scams and scam artists, in hope that it will keep us shielded from the world around us. I can only hope that the gentleman that I helped today, remembers it like I remember the clerk who helped me several years ago, and when the time comes and he sees someone else in need, he is able to help them out as well.
I am reminded of the old addage: "How do you eat an elephant?" "One bite at a time."
We can make the world a better place and bring empathy back to our society. There is not an instantanious fix, rather a slow and deliberate effort that starts with the individual. Change the way you look at the world. Skepticism is fine and keeps us safe, but remember that we are all trying to get through life together and a simple act or gesture can change a persons day, or life for that matter. I will never forget any of the kindness that was shown to me or the people that gave it throughout my life. It is those moments that remind me that we are all human and in this game together.
Happy New Year everyone! Let's make 2017 a FANTASTIC year!.

As I enjoy the cooler weather of "fall" in Tucson, Arizona, I have to comment on how nice it is to be taking a group on a wine tasting tour of Sonoita/Elgin.. While I obviously do not sample the wines while driving people from vineyard to vineyard, I have tasted almost all of them at one time or another and each winery has their own unique niche or touch. It is almost impossible to visit every one of them in one day and truly get a taste and feel of what each has to offer, but that lends to return trips and another enjoyable day in the high desert of Arizona. Today, it was sunny, but not hot, with a few clouds building on the horizon, My group is happy, comfortable and content, and can enjoy some of the wine and cheese they purchased along the way home. Life is good.
September 11, 2001, started out a normal day. I was getting ready to go fly with the Wing Commander. I stepped out of the mission planning vault and everyone was gathered around the Ops desk watching the TV. One of the towers was on fire and we were listening to the reporter babble on about an airplane navigation error. Right at that moment, another airplane banked hard and slammed into the other tower. I remember the reactions of everyone in the room. The Wing Commander looked at me and simply said "We're not flying today".
The base was locked down and the next thing I remember was sitting in a fully armed jet with the engines running, ready to "intercept" anything that flew. The skies were completely devoid of any air traffic. it was eerie to say the least.
It was a time that shook the nation and changed the world.
Looking back, that day changed my life forever.
I will NEVER forget.
